As the thread title suggests I have a Humax 320 box. Just recently it has started to have occasional little hiccups, little delays with a blank/part green screen when switching to showing recordings/changing channels etc. The audio seems to be fine, it's a video thing.

Any tips? Actually maybe i need to plug everything in the back again...could that be it?

Sounds like you've (accidentally?) changed the V-Format setting.....

If it's set to 'original' then the TV has to switch from 576i for SD channels/recordings to 1080i for HD and back again. My TV does a similar thing as I choose to have the TV set upscale.

If you set the V-format to 1080i then the PVR will upscale and the TV will always be on 1080i and have no switching issues (hopefully).

The V-Format button is on the bottom row, 3rd from left.
