Hi Phil - saw you were washing your hair - I've had mine cut this morning and I'm really pleased with it - had quite a bit off - surprising how much better you feel after a hair cut.

Yes I'm a fan of Ben - like you say he always takes the trouble to answer - I hardly ever tweet anyone but I've done him twice and he's answered me both times

Im good nice quiet day watching the cricket both girls very relaxed today and just one painter here mum coming at 3pm but hoping she will be happy to watch cricket.

I have just been asked out for lunch tomorrow as my boss is leaving on Friday so that will be nice, I am taking the girls bowling sometime this week aswell
