That would be the jist of what they said - the question is whether or not the guy/girl at 3 has scammed you in order to get the retentions commission and you are actually contracted into that for 12 months. I am sure there will be someone around here that will be better informed than me about whether that is a genuine deal that 3 offer.
Personally I would have called up straight after to get somebody else to clarify what I had just been signed on to.




The lady did somewhat cheerfully check if I was sure I wanted to leave as I would lose my broadband discount - I dutifully informed her the broadband had already been cancelled!
