I got a message yesterday at 5:30pm from someone currently in France and it came through as "incomplete message" so I deleted it. Since then my phone has said "limited service". Everytime I switch it back on I get the same message saying "incomplete" then I get the Orange signal and I can call/text for about 2 mins before it goes back to "limited service". Any ideas what I can do as Orange have not been of help?

All the major supermarkets flog them, usually at the tills.

Your nearest Orange or Get Connected shop will have sims to and most probably help you to transfer your existing number to a new sim.
