Since I had exactly the same conversation about this with "janereynolds" I can see why PPP might suspect you are one and the same person, TobyK. But just in case you aren't may I repeat that calling someone with dyslexia "mentally handicapped" is both offensive and politically incorrect in the extreme. I really feel you should apologise for your obnoxious, tasteless comments about Dany's spelling. She has been making a huge effort to post with accuracy (thanks to your bullying comments I suspect) and those efforts should be applauded, not derided. I doubt I am alone in this view.

I rather think that you, rather than Dany, is the one with the problem. Don't like Dany's opinions? Tough. Don't slag off their condition, which makes it harder for them to post on this board than it is for you. Just makes you look insensitive. And the backtracking in the latest post don't help your cause at all. Shame on you...

Dyslexia is a condition that affects intelligent people e.g. Einstein and Churchill, but Dany is both dyslexic *and* stupid.

I don't think being dyslexic excuses Dany for posting slanderous crap about Victor's son growing up to be a knife-wielding thug, nor do I think it should be a reason to treat her with kid gloves.

A shame that Dany has proven to be incapable of any kind of debate.

And frankly, if I'm banned for treating Dany with disdain, than that's fine by me. This forum is pretty much dead in the water anyway.

I am sad to see Toby K has been banned. I found the guy (I am assuming the former member to be male) interesting, intelligent and witty.

Reading his posts just makes me laugh so much that I decided to look up his other posts and since the system would not allow me to do so unless I am a member or become one by registering as a member, I finally took the plunge to register.

In honour of Toby K, I registered as BannedUser. I can guess that one or two posts by him could be viewed as extreme but it cannot be that bad as to warrant the banishment of someone whose posts are overwhemingly intelligent, witty and interesting.

Why is Dany not banned for the comments regarding Victor and his son growing up to pull knives on people?

This seems hypocritical as Dany has made a totally obnoxious and offensive racist remark regarding Victor and his little boy and we have no evidence that Digitalspy considered it inappropriate and unacceptable.

You should have stepped in and publicly (on the behalf of Digitalspy.co.uk ) required Dany to apologise for this despicable remarks regarding Victor and his son or be banned.

Your failure to do this makes it appear as if you condone such racist remarks from certain forum members while others are given the boot for their forthright comments.
