Anyone help? Sony Bravia HDMI Unsupported Signal
Have just bought a Sony KDL37EX403, to replace a Wii damaged Bravia!
However when I connect my DVD (Toshiba XDE500) which worked fine on my old set via HDMI, I get the message Unsupported Signal Check your device output. Have tried all the settings on the DVD, downloaded and installed the latest firmware to the TV, all to no avail. I have also trawled all the forums, but can't seem to get the answer, I would appreciate any help. Thanks! |

Have you tried updating the XDE500's firmware? Just use the drop down menus on the left - there's a comment about not displaying 1080P signals.
