The theme of Sam's routine was clearer and linked in better with the actual skating.

It was a reversal of what happened last week.”
Actually I thought Laura's routine and execution was better than Chloe's routine and am surprised they have been equallly scored.

Oooh no, I thought Chloe was stunning tonight. And I've been very luke warm about her recently. She should have finished second, ahead of Laura.

I thought both Sam and Laura were given poor routines considering what they could've been given for both. Sam managed to execute a rotuine which was better - but it still wasn't great. It was right for him to top the leaderboard though.

I thought Sam was great. I think he's been great the whole competition, but last week there was something missing a bit for me (focusing too much on getting a higher score rather than actually a better performance maybe? I don't know), and this week I think he got that back and was brilliant.
Can't comment on Laura because I missed the beginning of Dancing on Ice! And I thought Chloe was very good too.
Brilliant choreography by T&D excecuted brilliantly by Sam and Brianne.
I agree with the comments that Laura's routine was not as well thought out (by T&D) - just goes to show that they can make or break those at the top end of the leader board each week. They are the puppet masters!

Except Sam could've skated Laura's from last week. There is no way she could've skated his like he did tonight.

Not sure he'd have done it with the same spirit - that's what's made Laura & Colin so watchable for me so far. They've always captured the mood of the dance perfectly and skated in sync with one another.
Tonight was the first time I really saw Sam & Brianne do the same. The skating has always been there, but they've not been as in tune with one another in the past.
I really don't know what all the fuss over the Riverdance was, I thought it wasn't "all that" and preferred Laura, Chloe and Vanilla and Jeff, even, over Sam. Can't take to Sam.
I thought he did very well but didn't like the routine (not his fault; I can't stand Riverdance) and I hated the costumes, especially Brianne's.
Thought Laura's was a difficult routine and she suffered by going first. She certainly didn't deserve to be in the skate-off. Should have been Johnson and Denise imo.
