Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lean pork (without skin and bone)
- 1 onion
- 1 dried chilli
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- pinch of ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground curcuma (tumeric)
- pinch of ground cumin
- pinch of ground cloves
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- salt & pepper
Method:
1. Prepare pork (wash, dice), slice onions, chop dried chilli.
2. Heat oil and quickly brown pork. Season with salt and pepper and add onion, ginger and chilli. Fry gently for 3 mins. Stir in coriander, curcuma, cumin and cloves. Add 200ml of water/2 tbsp of soy sauce. Cover and cook for 45 mins.
