He's had some cracking storylines of late, he came out back last year and he did a beautiful bolero on dancing on ice which many people didnt get to see.

Also the fact that hes gone from making me hate Ste to making me love him

Come show how much you like/love him here x

Yeah, I'd like to appreciate Kieron!

He has done an amazing job showing character development in Ste. I hated the character when he was abuising Amy, but somehow, he pulled me round, He's one of the only characters and actors on HO who not only survived the LA era with his integrity intact, but who really blossomed. Even he couldn't make the Abi/Dan SL any good, but he was damn good in it, you could see that all he cared about was being a good Dad.

Since PM took over and brought him forward, he's been amazing. I love his new friendship with Amy, and with Cheryl, and he completely makes me believe in his SL with Brendan - they are an epic couple, and I really do buy that Ste would fall in love with him and struggle to stand up for himself against him.

The fact that Kieron seems nothing like Ste in real life shows what a good performer he is.

Plus, he's gorgeous. Which helps.

C&S has said it perfectly.

I think Kieron is just lovely, a brilliant actor and so gorgeous.

Yep everything C&S has said
I used to really dislike Ste's character (although I've always admired his ahem more 'physical' characteristics) But I agree that he has really blossomed in the past months and is without question one of my fave characters. When I first read about the Ste/Brendan SL my intial reaction was 'That will never work' yet it has sucked me in like no SL before it. I don't think many other actors could have made it work. Kieron gives Ste a fantastic mix of vulnarability and spikiness that makes you really believe in him and Brendan and the passion they have for each other.

And yes as C&S also says he's bloody beautiful which always helps

I'm definitely up for some Kieron appreciation - always thought it was a bit odd that he didn't have a thread of his own. He is lovely lovely lovely.

He's a great actor. His storyline with Brendan allows us to see a completely different side to his acting

I've always been intrigued by Ste even when he was an unlikeable character. I really took notice of him during the Abi/Daniel storyline which was a bit crap but Kieron was really really great. There were a few scenes where he just broke my heart. The new storyline with Brendan is incredible and Kieron is better than ever.

I only recently saw some stuff with Kieron out of character and I am really impressed with his acting as a result. He and Ste are incredibly different but not in OTT ways, it is all very subtle. Pretty impressive.

I'm a big fan.

I'm really glad it wasn't just me who felt that. That SL was all over the place, and it went on interminably, but there were a few scenes, like when Ste was drugged and hallucinating, where I really sat up and took notice of him properly for the first time as an actor - even more than in the abuse story when he cut Amy's hair. And when he finally carried Lucas off at the end and said he would be looking after him from now on, I wanted to cheer.

He's become one of the best actors on the show, and PM was completely right to give him a lead in the show's biggest storyline, with Brendan.

The scene that got me was one where he was sitting on a bench after wandering the streets all night with Lucas and he has a bit of a confrontation with Michaela. He was so lost and vulnerable. I can remember just thinking "wow".

I agree he is definitely one of the strongest actors on the show.

Watch him on dancing on ice? i was so gutted he didnt get to skate bolero, because everyone i've shown thought it would have won, not because of the tricks, not because of the passion but because of the rush of love i felt watching it

I can post the link if anyone didnt see and wants to?

I totally agree with everything you said, from seeing kieron I think he has a great likability, I do think he's good looking and them pretty eyes dont help but make you swoon haha!

As for the Abi and Daniel storyline it wasnt great the way they did it, but I loved it showed so many different sides to Ste, and it was beautiful yet heartbreaking to watch all his scenes as he struggled to be a single dad, but you can tell, even now that leah and lucas are his whole world, and hes done a brilliant job raising them with and without amy.

Its amazing that he was trusted with such strong storylines, and I think he's paid back the writers and producers tenfold with the work and emotional portrayals he's put in.

His storyline with Emmett (The "Stedan" Saga) has really got me hooked, even I don't know when Ste's gonna get a really good kiss, or when he's going to get a good hiding, and everytime recently I've seen Ste cry I've had to reach for tissue.

There's also a great deal of stories on FanFiction.Net about Stedan, absolutely amazing some of them, some are imaginative, creative, some make me want to laugh, some make me want to cry, and some are so accurate to whats been shown on TV its like reliving it all.

Well done Kieron, I think you get a gold star for being one of soaps most under-rated actors... and I think its your time to shine.

I'm very proud to call myself a Kieron fan x

For me its all about the eyes, I mean when he acts, whether he's laughing, smiling, or crying you can always see what he feels in them, and thats what draws me in most I think

He does a very good line in sexy eyes as well. Whenever Brendan leans in for the kill he goes all lusty looking like he's drugged on the pheromones or something, very yummy

He looks at Lucas and Leah with such pride, Amy and Rae with such affection and at Brendan with pure love and lust I'd say

Have any of you been lucky enough to meet him/have your picture taken with him?
Was he the person you thought he'd be? Better/Worse?

He acts the part so well, that of a doting father and friend to many, alongside a much darker past that occasionally rears it head.
When he combines these he really does command the screen.

Kieron is easily one of the best actors on the show. Every storyline he's done (even the storyline with Abi and Daniel which dragged on for half a century) he's impressed me with. I'm so glad Paul Marquess brought him into the centre of the show in Chez Chez and with Brendan, he was wasted just serving in Relish. The storyline with Brendan continues to grip me and the main reason for this is the incredible acting and chemistry between the pair of them. I love seeing all the sides of his character, the vulnerable doting dad with the horrible childhood and the bolshy fighter side too.

Plus Kieron is very pretty and I loved watching him on DOI too.

He had an appreciation thread on the Dancing on Ice board last year (created by myself )....

He was by far the most popular contestant from last year on here - was saying earlier he had around 50% + of the vote to win on DS....

Shame it didn't translate into the wider voting public and faceache and winky won instead
