Like i've already said, if your meat is dripping in blood it hasn't been rested properly.

Coleslaw is the ultimate one for me. Genuinely almost makes me physically sick, even just the sight of it.

I only like fried or boiled or poached eggs if they have a hard yolk.
Apart from that, I eat nearly everything, bring it on.
Oh, apart from avocadoes. They're nasty.

Goodness me, I obviously have a very broad pallet. The only mention I can agree with is tripe

Pineapple on pizza. Pineapple is a fruit and a proper one at that, not like that poser tomato. Why the heck would you want it on a pizza?! I just cannot comprehend it. I love pineapple, but when people start having it with savoury stuff it hurts my head. That goes for any fruit too really, but pineapple on pizza (and with cheese at parties, and on gammon steaks and the like) really bothers me.

Oh, and ketchup. Bleh. Salt on my chips and that'll do, thanks. Occasional desire for BBQ sauce, but that's very rare.

Agreed. A Steak has to be very well done for me to go anywhere near it. And it doesn't make the meat chewy or remove the flavour if it is cooked properly.

Over cooked steak: Anything above medium in a restaurant would probably get you an awful cut - there's no point wasting good stuff on that. And it's not blood, it's juice.

Brussel Sprouts: The excretia from Beelzebub's own arse

Cabbage: Especially boiled (urgh)

Peas: Just don't get them at all.

Iceberg lettuce: just awful

Apart from these I'll tackle most things.

Black pudding has to be cooked pretty accurately. White pudding in the 'Foreman' is very good,

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one. When I was younger I always insisted on well done steak, then one day while working in a steakhouse the manager wanted me to try something. He blindfolded me and gave me a piece of well done steak and then a piece of steak done medium rare. The difference in flavour and texture was remarkable. From that day on my steak is never more done than medium rare.

Shellfish - there's something about the idea of eating an entire creature in one mouthful that makes me queasy.

Cheese - the concept, the smell, everything. I've always hated it.

Up until very recently I was a 'well done' steak person. It was only when I was served the wrong steak about a year ago that I actually realised how good steak is when it is a little less cooked,

I still wont order medium rare though - always ask for medium.. Not that I have actually had a steak in months and months now!!

Raw tomatoes - cant stand the taste or texture. Love cooked tomatoes in spag bol, soup etc though.

Vinegar based sauces - ketchup, brown sauce, balsamic anything like that.

Used to hate them raw, too. A childhood school trauma, like most of my food hang-ups. But I got over that one.

I would disagree with that.

Have you ever tried two of the same steak, one cooked medium rare and one well done?

Any stinky, blue, mouldy chesse, yuk!

I have never eaten tripe or black pudding in my life, and have no intention of ever trying them either.
Not a big fan of any offal, mind you, I did have some haggis once and it tasted great!, similar to a burger or rissole.

Never tried jellied eels either, but my mum used to love 'em!
