tmobile - getting handset unblacklisted
anyone know if there is anything special that needs to be done to get handset back to working order when its been unblacklisted
have called t-mob over 10 times tonight and have been advised it has been unblacklisted and shows as enabled but will it will still not make calls it keeps saying authorisation failure... any ideas ? they wouldnt let me speak to technical and now they are closed... i have no idea its now saying call failed instead of authorization failure |

What happens if you try and call the phone from a landline?

Then there's nothing more you can do (for tonight at least)
Call T-Mobile in the morning and get them to sort it for you. |

May mean roaming, try re-booting the phone.

Can take up to 72 hours to be removed if it was blacklisted (although quicker for the bar to removed from the SIM) as it has to be taken off the central database which all networks now place the IMEI in once reported stolen so they cannot be used on any UK Network.
