Hi

I would be grateful for any help you can offer.

I have successfully used this program many times, but I have a problem with a film that I am trying to transfer, no matter how many time I have tried, it fails

My film is 42 minutes (5.1 Gb). When I process it through AV2HD it does stages 1&2 OK, but when I press the FTP button to transfer it the FTP screen appears and no transfer takes place. I then get a "time out" message.

I have tried "auto transfer FTP" but the same thing happens

I'd really like to get this film to the Humax, so any advice would be gratefully taken

Are you still on Raydons humax firmware or have you moved on to mogies latest version? If you're on mogies have you updated the settings within AV2HDR to accomodate the adjusted log in details and password?

Are you hitting the "HDD" button and choosing the folder on the Foxsat that you want to put it in, BEFORE you hit "Go"? i.e. it is not still showing "/media/sda1" in the HDR Destination Folder, otherwise it thinks you want to do the transfer manually via a USB stick.

If so, do you get to see the Folder Structure on the HDR ok when you hit HDD, or do you get a timeout there too?

Just a thought .......

Can you FTP the HDR, if not it may have changed the address (if not static).

Thanks Savvy for making me look at the folders again. It was down to folder selection. I dont know exactly what I was doing wrong, but I chose another folder and it worked.

Thanks all
