I was wondering if you could help on this. My daughter bought herself a Samsung GT-S3370 yesterday on the 3 network. Unfortunately she wanted it on O2 and didn't realise that 3 was a different network. Shop wouldn't exchange or give her her money back (fair enough as it was clearly marked) but where we live in Ireland, the 3 reception is really bad. Is there a free way of getting an unlock code over the internet? If not, we can give it to a local company to unlock, it will cost her a further £15, a lot for a 16 year old (certainly this particular one
) so if we can get it done free for her she would be very grateful. She had been saving for a while to buy this phone.
