I made a lovely chocolate tart on sunday and i'm so proud of it, considering i made the pastry by hand according to the recipe [and i'm still a novice at this!] and it is GORGEOUS!! [if i say so myself!]

In photography or cooking? None really, I did food as a module of my technology GCSE back in 1993, I just enjoy to cook, and enjoy to take pictures, its a winning combo
