I have a 3 network Samsung Wave mobile with google and yahoo accounts which can receive and send emails. My default account is ntl world (with virgin media/google) which can receive but not send emails. Can anyone help with the outgoing settings with this somewhat frustrating matter as I've tried the internet without success

i can do this with the gmail app, login to gmail on your computer and add your ntl account under settings/accounts send mail as. a link will get sent to your ntl account after which you can send mail from your ntl account in gmail, the gmail app will update automatically

Chaos 77 - sorry to sound a bit dippy - but can you re-phrase your reply to my query regarding emails to ntl from my mobile - I didn't quite understand your comments. Thanks.
