Anyone Tried the Three "All You Can Eat" PAYG Deal?
I put this in it's own thread otherwise it would just get lost in that other one.
Three have stated in a blog* that although you can't actually buy the add-on as yet, a person topping up with £15 will automagically get the deal. Seems a bit strange since what if you really wanted a different add-on? But anyway, has anyone gone for it yet on PAYG? ---- * http://blog.three.co.uk/2011/03/07/a...pay-as-you-go/ |

I think they mean if you top by £15 and add the £15 add-on, you will automatically get all you can eata, despite what it says.

For "Lummo", there is no Add-on available to buy at the moment. In the blog they acknowledge this but claim that if a person tops-up £15/£25 it will instantly convert to the appropriate data add-on. Most strange. |

Guess I'll find out one way or the other tomorrow though as I'm going to buy it then, so the allowances on both my phones will start on the 10th. |

I think existing PAYG customers will have to change tariff. Currently the Three PAYG tariff is called "3Pay".
I think a call to CS is needed to change to the "All in One 15" tariff and that's why the £15/£25 Add-ons are not visible in my My3 account info Topping up £15 while still on "3Pay" will more than likely NOT provide access to the add-ons for unlimited data. |

... OK, the current Three PAYG tariff is "PAYG on 3" - this includes the All-in-one add-ons. The previous Three PAYG tariffs are "3Pay", "Flat12" and "WePay" - these tariffs have their own add-ons which don't include the All-in-one add on. As a result, if the All-in-one add-ons aren't showing up on My3 or 444 you're right - you'll need to change tariff. This can be done by ringing 333 or 444. |

Yes, thanks for that. I just worked it out that I have an old PAYG tariff.
And I have found the option on 444. "Broadcasting" is less confrontational than Mobile Phones. Oy! |
