I was just watching this Video clip of EE from 2005: ,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4exT7sqQLbU&NR=1 I noticed that Little Mo and Sam were laying out cutlery wrapped in Napkins whilst chatting about been in prison?

I didn't think they served hot food in the Queen Vic before-hand ? - I am sure there must have been a downstairs cooking Kitchen somewhere in the Vic pub, as there have been many incidents in the past of people also claiming this and spotting the signs..

There was a very small kitchen beside the toilets downstairs, next to the door to the cellar if I remember right. Now the toilets have been moved to the other side of the pub to make the big kitchen. No idea how the toilets are supposed to fit in, but the Vic is a Tardis.

Why doesn't the pub look smaller now that half of it is taken up by a big kitchen?

It's nearly as bad as the Rovers!

Yep, the Rovers is the worst though, by a mile. I'm suprised they haven't corrected that yet!

Have the toilets in the Rovers always been positioned in their current location?

Roughly yes. Think they were slightly apart before the 1986 fire but they've always been on that side in the pub, going into Ken & Deirdre's house. The only major changes to the Rovers after the fire was knocking down the Snug/Select walls to make the bar bigger and the stairs moved position. The bar position and the toilets stayed the same.

Well I've been watching on and off for the best part of 15 years I always thought it was a modern set change. Have people always joked about the bogs being in the Barlows living room? Or has it just been an online thing?

I first remember Les Dennis quipping about it on one of his shows in the mid eighties. It was one of those eye opener moments for me. I'm sure the joke has been around some time.
