Is my SE K800i Fake?

The "Sony Ericsson" and "Cyber-Shot" look a little off and look like they have been painted on (front of phone)

The battery looks exactly like the fake example shown here

The sticker on the box, doesn't show "UMTS" but instead just says

K800i Aluminium Haze ZS
GSM 850/900/1800/1900

Then the rest is all numbers and barcodes.

The other 2 notable things about the sticker are:

It says "TLXT INPUS" next to the T9 logo
It isn't the usual font found on the side of a Sony Ericsson box.

Everytime i go onto internet, the page that loads is seleyuan.com (a chinese Sony Ericsson site apparently) and i cannot get rid of it, however i can enter another address in "Go To"

The other and final thing is (on the phone itself) is under Internet Settings/Data Accounts there is one there which has squares as its name, its locked and cannot be deleted!
