Not by itself it won't. It does not have the necessary tuner to receive Freeview HD broadcasts. So the only way you will be able to receive and watch Freeview HD is by plugging in a separate box.
It can only receive the SD digital channels by itself using it's built in tuner. So you won't really notice any change after switchover if you are already watching digital telly on it.
By the way HD Ready or Full HD has no bearing on what digital channels, if any, the TV is able to receive.
