I'm intrigued as to what exactly it is and what it looks like!
Crush 2 Weetabix biscuits Add 3/4 cup of sugar 1 cup of milk 1 cup of raisins Let that sit overnight (although I let mine sit for 4 hrs this morning) Then add 1 cup of self raising flour 1 egg In the past I have also included cinnamon, today I added dried coconut, this is all optional. Bake for 1 hr in a loaf tin. Let it cool, served sliced with butter or just as it is. |

Interesting. I don't like raisins or cooked fruit. Could I substitute the raisns for chocolate drops?

I start my college course this evening (eek!) so won't get home until around 10pm. I won't want to eat that late so have just had sausages, scrambled egg, toast and beans which should see me through the day. Yum! Hope I don't nod off later

Looks lovely? Is it more sweet or savoury? It's going in my 'to make' list!
. It's sweet, it's like tea cake. |
