Roast chicken and all the trimmings.

Last night we had bacon, sausage & mash.

Tonight we will have Roast lamb, mint sauce, new potatoes & green beans.

We bought an extra turkey crown for Christmas but never used it. So i've defrosted it and shall roast it and have stuffing balls, cabbage, swede n carrot mash, roast spuds and gravy.

Going out later (lovely day, so far) and then having a Chinese.

Kimindex, you're getting off easy today. I hope you have a nice Chinese. I haven't had Chinese in ages.

I'm going to be making spinach and mushroom salad with honey bacon dressing. (It seems to be the salad of the month here, but if I am getting him to eat spinach, that's a plus!) I'm also cooking seared duck breasts with a berry red wine sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and steamed green beans.

I'm not making a dessert, but I am making donuts this morning, so he can just have one of those.

Yep (except I have to work for it! But, that doesn't matter).

That meal sounds very luxurious and wonderful!

Roast beef dinner, I just realised I don't have any yorkshire pudding batters! I might try making my own for the craic!

sausage mash and onion gravy

Roast Chicken,mash,roasties,carrots and broccoli,chicken gravy.

Baking today so will be having cheese & onion pasties for tea and a couple of sausage rolls for supper.

I've also baked some fruit scones and a coffee & walnut cake.

We just finished enchiladas (no beans for me) with lime and chilli quineoa. It was yum.

Tonight is haddock but not sure what to have with it yet or how to cook it!

Cous cous, feta and griddled courgette with anything else salad-y I can find.

Finishing yesterdays Sunday roast chicken. We'll have it with the leftover veg made into bubble n' squeek, and some HP sauce !
