I have a Siemens A50. These last few days its been bleeping saying "Card Programme Error" and saying "SIM Full, delete old messages" - when the SIM is not full.

I am also getting a number of text messages from (or claiming to be from) Orange saying there was an error and the code is 020646.

Forgot to add - does anyone know if there is a way I can fix this?

Yes. Buy a new phone.

Can anyone suggest anything. Any ideas what the error code 020646 is?

I have emailed Orange - no reply as yet.
