Are there actually episodes in the can then featurning Vernon Kay, or was it just a not for broadcast pilot that he did ?

Seems strange to announce the presenters under much fanfare (although that was more about Stacey Solomon than Vernon really) and then make a change. Isn't it usual to film your pilot, then make your decision about presenters ?

ABC must be pleased with that result. It baffled me when they first slotted Body of Proof on Fridays. ABC has made a right decision for once by moving it to a better timeslot, and it paid off. It was also the 2nd most watched debut show for 2010-11 (behind 5-0), which says a lot about the rookie dramas this season. Hope the show gets renewed for next season. Of course, that means Detroit 1-8-7 is a goner. No Ordinary Family or V can move to Fridays at 9pm, since Supernanny will be gone. Primetime: What Would You Do can move up to 8pm.

no it just means that no body is watching it, just with a little bit a spin on it, to make it seem even worse than that.

As for this Royal Wedding, ill pass, god my buses are even on Sunday service that day, good job im unemployed. Can we not just skip past it and focus on something far more important, Doctor Who for example.

The only question is, which am I looking forward to least, The Royal Wedding, or Sing If You Can.

I think ABC will keep drama away from Friday. They've got plenty to work on during the week just now and I think shows like V - hovering around high 1's - need to go if ABC want to revive their schedule. The replacements can only do so much worse anyway!

That means that in addition to The Whole Truth and My Generation, I'd get rid of Detroit 1-8-7, No Ordinary Family, Off The Map, V and I'd be tempted to ditch Brothers & Sisters as well.

No Ordinary Family is absolutely 100% finished anyway.

I for one will be turning over to the first channel I can find that is NOT showing it. So what! They are getting married. I don't give a (insert expletive). It's a wedding, it should be private, not superpublic!

I think if they treat it as a big laugh it'll do ok; a bit of mindless fluff which'll probably work better alongside Britain's Got Talent then The Prisoner ever did. Did ITV2 manage to beat ITV1 in that slot or was it a close win for ITV1?

The big risk for Sing If You Can is if it treats itself seriously. But surely it can't do that...?
