Hi Ali,
Just played that djembe stuff - it makes my hands hurt listening to it!! My kids are doing an African drumming workshop on Thursday and I was hoping to get a go - nudge the odd trouble maker out of the way, tread on a few toes, teacher's prerogative (sp?) to barge, you know how it is! I suspect I'll end up with throbbing hands if so, dunno what kind of drums it involves to be honest!

We are all chuffed to bits with the news. the future is looking so rosy.

Are you going to see the XF show this weekend? I'm desperate to know because I am, and am in an unholy state of excitement about it. It would be even more fun if I played "Spot the dread" while there! The downside is I'm going with a "normal" person ie no-one off here, so will have to behave.

Hi Ali - we are LOVING the news - I've done sod all work this morning and it's going to take all evening to catch up but it was worth it!!

I hope Matt's happy too - I assume he is.

Had a quick look at the site - love the version of groove (have nicked it hope you don't mind) and the drum solo awesome!!

I like that it's your site rather than Matt's or Darwyns - would love you to post more drum bits on

photos are great too - I assume Sam's already nicked all of them!

Some of the thumbnails dont work properly. All the pics are there and viewable on my laptop, but just the thubnails dont show.

Dammit. I may end up changing the gallery thingy anyway.

Just a suggestion - can you put something on the products page? - T shirts etc. Sam (the aforementioned goddess) and Wkd had a go at some "do it yourself" t shirts/hoodies last week. (I suggest you give Sam a job, she's utterly brilliant). I really don't want to have to lower myself to buying XF rip off merchandise in my attempt to show my support for Matt/ Darwyn/ the whole bunch of associated loveliness that is you and Matt - I'd much rather you got the money tbh.
