Found out recently that my cat loves yoghurt - banana flavoured.

I have two spoons, one for me and one for him - not even sure if it`s good for him!

Whiskas temptations, dreamies, cat sticks - they're not fussy when it comes to treats!! I sometimes give them tuna as a little treat and that gets gobbled down!!

When we have put antiseptic on our cat's leg, we give him those Dreamies - the one where the cat goes through the wall. We give them to him one at a time, he loves them

He prefers 'naughty' food bite by bite, rather than it being put down for him.

I've tried everything: Dreamies, all the Whiskas ones, all the own brand sticks and munchy things, and the only thing my cat will have is the Thrive treats. She goes absolutely bonkers for them though, I feel like a dealer when I'm giving them to her because she gets this really manic drooly expression in her eyes as if she's saying "yeah yeah go on I need a hit gimme it now OMG I need it so bad just gimme it please just gimme gimme"!
She won't have cat milk either, but she does like the occasional little dollop of whipped cream if we have it with anything (which is rare).

Is it true those who are saying it's OK to give a raw chicken wing? I'd like to give her something like that if she'd be OK with it, I thought they weren't supposed to have chicken bones though.

It's Temptations all the way for my two kittens Eric and Ruby..we are getting them ready to venture outside and keep the treats in a tupperware tub, as soon as we shake that tub the thunder of tiny paws can be heard, hopefully when thet are let loose in the big wide world the noise will bring them in...

my kitten's only 4mths but begs for absolutely anything - i'm trying to be good and disciplined with her diet but she's so cute and got me wrapped round her little finger

My dog and cat both know when it is Sunday cos they sit gazing adoringly at me when i'm carving the meat cos they know I'm going to give them a bit.

I live in a small close where there are approx. 8 cats (1 Siamese, 1 Burmese, 2 tabbies, 2 tortoishell, 2 black & white.) I don't have one myself at the moment, (recent loss) but I love them all and look after them when neighbours are away. I thought I would give them all a little treat and recently bought some Dreamies, giving just a couple to each cat. Now all the cats in the close worship me, follow me and sit outside my ground floor window staring up - it's embarassing and I've had to apologise to neighbours. Those things are highly addictive.

My two previous cats used to go crazy for that dairylea. We had a ginger girl and a tortie girl. The ginger girl was happy with the dairylea, but the tortie girl would eat anything! She'd knock jaffa cakes out of your hand, scarf down milky bars, and she'd do whatever it took to get your ice cream. I even found her on the work top licking a slice of lemon once! God knows how she stayed trim and healthy
We've sadly lost them now after they lived to a grand old age and several years later, we now have two kittens. So far they've not been interested in any kitty treats! Unsurprisingly, they like cream though. The little boy kitten growled at it when he first tasted it

But i'm never sure what i should give them as treats - i usually give them some of my fish if i'm having fish & chips, but they just turn their nose up at it!
I've also tried little tins of fish in spring water like tuna / sardines, but they're quite fussy little things & turn their noses up at that too!
Compared to my mums cats who love fish !
As a very rare treat i sometimes let them lick cream from an empty trifle pot, which one of them loves! (i know cats shouldn't have milk / cream, but ive only given it to her twice & she s been fine) .

So what do you all treat your cats to?”

To be honest, its great your cat is content with what you feed. They can become very fussy and a bit of a pain when they start refusing what you give them because they've tasted something new.

Mine get treats at bedtime. This makes sure they are in when its time to close the flap. They only potter about in the garden but still. I give them a stick of webbox then they both settle down to bed. They also love dreamies and temptations, but dreamies more.

If I don't put the tub of Whiskas temptations back in the cupboard my Benji will knock the tub to the floor to knock the lid off and gets stuck in.

Those Cat sticks. It does not matter which brand though I tend to buy the Aldi ones as they are cheapest. My cat is totally hooked on them. We call them his pepperamis.

He has one half in the morning and one half in the evening, soemtimes I wish I had never started him on them as it seems to be the equivalent of heroin for cats!!!
