My friend, who is quite a technophobe, can manage to utilise this handset even texting and cannot adapt to his new phone. The panasonic has broken, however, or the plastic strip behind the oyster shell has and he would like to get it repaired, for sentimental reasons and practical reasons. He has been told that, as Panasonic no longer make mobile phones, this is impossible.
Does anyone know how he can get it repaired and who he should contact? Any help would be appreciated.
