i will try to go tommrow i just hope apple sort it out for me and i dont want to be without the phone

Out of interest what reason did Orange give for not fixing it? No iPhone 4 should be out of warranty yet as they can only be a maximum of 9 months old.

As far as I was aware Apple insist on seeing any handsets which are older than seven days since purchase, hence why Orange referred you? Re: the camera issue, make sure you close down any open applications and restart, same thing happened to me and that fixed it? Worth a go if you've not already?

First two questions have you closed the Camera App using the Multitasking Bar (double click home screen, scroll to app and hold down till it wobbles/no entry sign. Click it) Then rebooted the phone by holding down the home bottom and power button until the Apple logo appears. (usually about ten seconds)
Secondly have you updated to the latest firmware using iTunes currently 4.3? |

Try booking with the Genius Bar on the Apple website then you can just walk straight in at a specific time and they should just change the handset there on the spot.
