American Idol kept Randy as a judge, promoted him to where Simon sat and added J-Lo and Steve Tyler. Could this happen now, though I am inclined to agree with you and think they'll be a whole new panel.

I have to admit I shall probably be on Team Strictly this year - I've always watched them both but in 2010 my primary allegience changed to X Factor. The dancing and dresses will entice me back I feel.

I shall be joining Anna on Team Strictly this year. I never actually watched The X Factor till last year, I never saw the appeal was super cynical about the whole thing in fact at one point the very thought of having to watch an episode of The X Factor was enough to bring me out in hives (I hold Aiden fully responsible for my drastic about turn)

Im a Strictly girl through and through this is enough to make me even forgive them for axing Ian Waite, Matthew Cutler and Lilia


I think for X Factor the way things are going bringing back Louis would be a mistake and a step back. They are so far in it now the best thing is to wipe the slate totaly clean. Hopefully with Simon and Cheryl gone the show will loose some of its cynicism and be better for it.

I may be joining -annaboo93 and LittleNothing on Team Strictly. I too was more of a Strictly than X Factor fan pre 2010 and might be again this year... I wonder if Dannii might come back like Louis a few years ago?

Wonder if Aiden will be helping Matt back into a taxi again tonight? And wonder if they're celebrating a good studio sesh in Jersey?
