Help! Facebook for Android error....
Hi there...
Having bought my HTC Desire a few days ago I have been really pleased with it, however a problem has developed with the Facebook for Android app. It worked fine till early today when it came up with an error 102 message every time I went on anything within the app. I then googled the problem and followed some advice to sign out then in again, it now won't let me sign back in and comes up with a generic error message. Has this problem happened to anyone else? And is there a solution out there? Many thanks in advance....

Have you got the latest version of the Facebook app from the marketplace? If not upgrade that could solve your problem.

I did, but it randomly started working again after a few hours.... I suspect a buggy app tbh, but thanks for your feedback

on your phone sign out of facebook via the app, then go to settings/applications/manage applications/all/facebook clear ache and clear data. see if that works
