I actually picked Let's Get It On for Stefano - it'd be a bit different to the songs he's performed so far, but I reckon vocally he'd pull it off and it'd fit in with J.Lo's desire for him to connect moe.
I chose Papa Was A Rolling Stone for James, because I think it'd sit his voice and he could relate to the lyrics.
I picked Reach Out (I'll Be There) for Jacob, as I don't think it'd matter if her oversang that, it's quite a belter anyway. Not sure he can pull it back yet, but his fans don't seem to mind that lol.
Scotty - As I said, It's The Same Old Song - should suti his country style without being too obvious, and it's more uptempo than he'd usually go.
For Casey, I wasn't sure, so as he's my support worker's favourite, and that support worker looks like Lionel Richie, I picked Easy by Lionel Richie. I do think it could work though
I don't like Paul, but I didn't want to sabotage him too blatantly lol! I picked Tears of a Clown for him - I don't think you need a massive voice for that.
For Lauren, I picked Dancing In The Street . She could do her own thing with it and have fun. I reckon it's a good fit.
I chose Don't Leave Me This Way for Pia, as I like the song and ideally, it should be given to someone with a big vocal range. Also, it keeps her uptempo, without having to change the arangement too much this time.
Naima's song from me is I'm Still Waiting. She's been hiding behind her look and performance, but that song needs a strong vocal, and emotional connection. If she can't deliver that, she's wasting her time.
Haley I'm not keen on either, but I picked a good song, Please Mr Postman, for her. She can work on her performance skills and it shouldn't challenge her vocals too much.
I've given Thia My Guy by Mary Wells because it's moe upbeat than anything she's done so far, and will suit her age as well as her voice.
