I have been watching BBCiPlayer since installing my Foxsat 320GB three weeks ago.

I did a new channel search and saved it, and now Ch 901, 903 and the ON Demand Ch are just blank screens.

The Iplayer ch shows an info screen OK at the bottom, but no request to press the Red button etc.

IP address and everything else is set up OK.

It may be a co-incidence that it stopped after the new channel search.

Any help to resolve this is appreciated.

Just checked mine and everythings working ok.
you could try re tuning your channels again. If that doesn't work then the other option would be a factory reset, that would be a last resort because you would need to re programme any scheduled recordings.

Before trying the above have you tried turning the power off waiting 30 seconds and powering up again??

Thanks for the quick reply.

I assume you mean turn off, unplug and wait.

It was the same last night so I would assume (dangerous I know) that nothing has changed.

I'l try power cycle and see if that sorts it

I only have one scheduled recording set so a factory reset would not be a disaster if all else fails.

Thanks.

All on Demand channels present and working (ITV via the secret access code on the Humax only) on both my Humax and Panasonic.

Are other channels that use MHEG front ends working correctly i.e. 999 for instance? What about press red prompts on the BBC channels - are they working?

Did a factory reset and all OK now.

Never noticed the Press the Red button iPlayer logo on screen before. Maybe the recvr needed a reset as it was a refurb model.

Things I need to understand yet are...

Adding channels manually & how non freesat mode works.

ITV secret access code

Must do some reading

Thanks for help.

Adding channelsand non Freesat mode explained in manual.

To activate ITV player(Beta) go to channel 999,
press Green Green Blue Green Green on your remote, this will give you access to the player.

If it happens again just go into the menu and down to 'system' across to 'Diagnostics' press ok, then press red green yellow blue green yellow blue, and set 'MHEG Test' to enable.
