I like to scoup out the potato, mix it with mozarella and spring onion and then put it under the frill for a few mins. That's probably more of a stuffed potato skin isn't it?

I went through a prawn cocktail phase but then I saw sense and reverted to:
Tuna mayo and sweetcorn
Cottage cheese and beans with white pepper
Just butter. (...With a shedload of grated cheese that my alter ego shoved on top at the last minute and I was standing up when I ate it so it doesn't count.)
