Mine is Tuna mayonnaise with pepper and red onion

I like to scoup out the potato, mix it with mozarella and spring onion and then put it under the frill for a few mins. That's probably more of a stuffed potato skin isn't it?

Chilli Con Carne but then I prefer rice to potato with it if I make it I'll have rice.
If I ever do end up after a Jacket Potato I tend to habe baked beans. Boring but it's a classic. |

Potato mashed down with real butter then chilli con carne with cheese on top.
I like it with a side salad mixed with mayo. Bloody hell that's fattening but bloody delicious! |

Potato scooped out and mixed with with butter, mayo, cheese spread and beans. Had that for my tea last night, twas lovely!

I went through a prawn cocktail phase but then I saw sense and reverted to:
Tuna mayo and sweetcorn Cottage cheese and beans with white pepper Just butter. (...With a shedload of grated cheese that my alter ego shoved on top at the last minute and I was standing up when I ate it so it doesn't count.) |

i LOVE EGG Mayo on mine. I also love beans and cheese but I find it sickly so its a rare one.
