I've only watched DOI for the past 2 weeks but it looks like Chloe is the weakest of the 3 finalists.

I think you're probably right about it being Chloe - she is my favourite though.

I would say Chloe lets nerves get the better of her sometimes + Sam seems to give bland performances - although the skating is good, as a performance it always leaves you feeling a bit flat.

So anyone but Laura

Chloe is the weakest skater and performer but I like her personality the most. She's naturally engaging.

Sam seems to be the strongest skater, his performances can be a bit hit and miss though and he's not the most exciting person off the ice. I don't think he's as bland as is made out though and I've seen no evidence of arrogance.

Laura has a bit of everything. I think she's the best all rounder.

They all have some kind of weakness.

Chloe is the weakest, but she could still win with good performances by virtue of more popularity than Same or Laura, if indeed she turns out to be in the final reckoning the most popular of the three.

Based on ability - Chloe is weakest.
Based on personality - Sam is weakest.

Strongest overall is Laura.

Possibly. But on performance Chloe is probably better at conveying a character and the routine she did when she topped the leaderboard may be the best combination of skating skills, tricks, characterisation and music T and D have managed to put together this year.

Depends a lot on the format of the final - who has the most impressive voter friendly routine to come back with and whose routine has had what tweaked. is Sam going to do the headbanger again? How many votes did Laura get for her best performance she can redo? Can they reuse their SF dances where Laura and Sam move ahead? Then there's the question whats replacing flying and who does it suit better? If there's a new routine or significant reworking of older ones, I can see T and D deciding with the choregraphy - or they may already have decided by what routines people were given before and who has two good, different, ones. And, in so far as the vote is now following the judges, they are a factor in who wins too.

Which routine was it?

I cannot remember at all which one it was. Was it props week?

A very fair statement if I must say so myself.

Chloe's solo skate exposed her weaknesses compared to the others but in the past couple of weeks her partnered skates have been pretty strong, especially in props week.

Nerves have always been Chloe's downfall and, if they have to choreograph the showcase routine themselves, she may play it too safe. Ditto for the Bolero if she gets that far.

Even so, this is the most unpredictable final ever and that just makes it more exciting for me.

Based on ridiculously silly face pulling, Laura is the strongest.

But that's not a plus!

Best skater..Sam
Best performer... Laura
Who could slip through on the inside?... Chloe

Too close to pick a winner this year

Chloe's my favourite so perhaps I'm biased but I think it's far too early to relegate her to third place.
She's had some highs and lows over the series but she'll come back strongly and challenge for the title on sunday.
So will Sam and Laura of course. So it's going to be a very close call and largely depends on who wins the public over.

From the solo skate I'd say Chloe is the weakest in that the other two had faster and more technical routines. But what she lacks in technique she makes up for in likeability and often grace and warmth on the ice.

Sam is a great skater but has a tendancy to let his emotions get the better of him and sometimes lacks connection on the ice. Laura is good at skating and performing but is weaker in the sense that maybe she doesn't have the fan base and alienates some viewers by being too perfect ...

Still anyone's game really ....

Now Laura has unleashed her secret weapon - knockout thighs (apparently ) - there may be no stopping her.

I'm hopeless at the maths of this, so I don't know how worrying it is that Chloe was in the bottom two in terms of her fan base dropping away. If she skates well next week I don't think it's impossible she could win, unless people have stopped voting for her because they now prefer someone else.

She definitely had a very bad week this week - I think probably because of nerves about the big lift - hopefully next week she'll be back on form.

I think I agree with you on this one. One thing the series has shown us is that people seem to be voting on performance. Last week Chloe wasn't as good and she ended up in the dance off. In the previous week, Sam was perceived as less good (because of him dropping the hat) and he was in the dance off.

It could be anyone's game and more than any other finale before, we don't have a clear front runner (with regards to voting behaviour), which makes the finale quite exciting.

I think that Chloe has been the least consistent of the 3, nerves can affect her at times & she has only topped the leaderboard once so this probably makes her the underdog. However when she gets it right she can be fantastic so if she pulls it out of the bag on Sunday she can still snatch the crown.

I think that Chloe is the weakest but who knows what will happen in the final? She had a bad week this week but maybe she can come back strong and possibly perform great when it comes to the final.

I agree that Chloe is the weakest out of the 3 and that it will depend on the day who performs the best.

Chloe is the weakest but if she pulls it out for the final who knows.

based on ablity i would say sam is the weakest as he just moves from one part of the ice to the other half the time.

laura is the best all rounder i think.
