poor signal from 3

does anybody here live in the somerset region, i am with 3, and have been for about 5 years, without having any signal problems, however last couple of days i have had very little signal, with infact most of the time my iphone saying no service, does anybody know if they are doing any work in the region, or if any masts are down, seems a bit strange, to lose signal just like that?

Seriously though, I live in Cheshire and noticed the same thing about 6 months ago and have heard two things in some areas they are turning off roaming to other network they use and they trying to use their 3G network exclusively. Not sure if it's true but I've seem a few bitching.

yes defo holding it right, not that i have ever had any issues with the supposed grip of death anyway, this has started happening where ever the phone is, in my hand, on the table, i have read the stories about them turning of the roaming onto orange, hopefully it is not that, just wondering if anybody in same region was having the same problem
