My signal if fine, connections are fine, i've done everything I can to get this to work properly. If I wasn't past my 30 days with Amazon i'd be returning this for a refund.”

Have you checked your connection some of these issues could be related to signal?
None of the issues you report have been expressed by other forum members. What sw version are you on? These were issues solved by the current sw and previous sw, as such no users are reporting the type of senarios you express.
I would advise you to do what other users have done, which is contact echostar support direct. This box has its own website and other forum members have expressed how echostar are engaging, in taking them through any issues. As reported by these users all the issues reported have been worked on by echostar.
