Thought last night's episode (Wine) was poor in a several ways. Apart from the usual plethora of plot holes.
None of the financials made any sense at all.
For a normal, non-psycho, kidnapping someone and putting them in a hole to keep two people apart is just too far fetched. The desired result would only be temporary and you'd end up with a considerable jail sentence.
For the second week running they've ended the programme with the four main regulars in the Barnaby's garden for a jokey scene. OK once, but most unwelcome as a trend, reminiscent of cheesy gunk from yesteryear.
Overall, still a firm favourite, though.
