Complain enough with 3 and state you want to speak to a Manager!!! Often if they can't or won't help then you soon receive a call from Glasgow!!! Problem is usually sorted there and then or at least within a matter of minutes!!!

Good news, I'll always try and use a company that has UK call centres, it's not just the fact the language barrier can be a bit hard going but the actual call audio quality is usually pretty dire when talking to overseas call centres.
