EE launches new strategy to onshore 100% of service calls


100% of customer service calls to be handled in UK and Ireland by end of the year, supporting commitment to provide the best customer service for a mobile operator in the UK

600 new roles created across UK and Ireland, including roles in Plymouth, South Wales and North Tyneside


Also, EE live chat tech support is currently in North Tyneside too.

Complain enough with 3 and state you want to speak to a Manager!!! Often if they can't or won't help then you soon receive a call from Glasgow!!! Problem is usually sorted there and then or at least within a matter of minutes!!!

Good news, I'll always try and use a company that has UK call centres, it's not just the fact the language barrier can be a bit hard going but the actual call audio quality is usually pretty dire when talking to overseas call centres.
