I have had lots of problems with T-Mobile recently with poor data speeds and poor 3G voice quality. Having spoken to the tech support team a a few times they advised me today that the issue has been raised with their cell planners team. I know its a mast issue as they share the local mast with 3 and they have been suffering as well. Can anyone tell me what the cell planners team do ? Do they need to upgrade the mast or just build a new one ?
I know from recent problems with Orange it can take a while to get resolved. Having said that I now get 2.5 meg from the recently upgraded Orange site.
