Bought the cd this weekend whilst buying xmas pressies - had to buy myself something whilst spending all that cash!!!
alot of rock bands make 3 or 4 videos to show on mtv etc in order to promote an album - not necessarily cause they'll come out as singles although i'm not saying thats the case with Creed and My Sacrifice |

I can't bring myself to like Creed Or Nickleback even though i usually love almost all American rock bands.
These bands wouldn't excist if it wasn't for a certain British band named 'Bush'. Criminally over-looked in this country, they're the UK's second biggest band(behind U2) and have never had any recognition. |

If I did that for every band that had been criminally overlooked I'd end up not listening to anyone! Excellent bands that were never picked up on to become massive - Santers (Canadian started out at the same time as Bon Jovi but the differance being that Bon Jovi went from being an excellent rock/metal band in their 1st 2 albums to being teeny pop with Living on a prayer etc.), Tokyo Blade, Xentrix, Reanimator, I could go on at length but the point is that the best albums I possess are by relatively unknown bands.I can't bring myself to like Creed Or Nickleback even though i usually love almost all American rock bands. eh? it's all about the music, i don't like the music of Creed or Nickleback, even though they're heavily influenced by Bush one of my favourite bands.Quote:

Bush were massive though in America during the 90's. They sold more records than Nirvana! Over 30 million i believe. They were the biggest selling UK group of the 90's bar the Spice Girls who sold 50 million.Quote:

Going by sales, then yes, Bush are certainly Britians most successfull band of recent times. I know U2 are Irish but everytime i have this conversation someone mentions U2.

Does the album with My Sacrifice also have With Arms Wide Open on, or was that on a different album?
