Blackberry wont connect to internet
I just got a Blackberry 8520, on pay as you go, vodafone. It will connect to my wifi, but whenever I go to the browser it just says unable to conect to the internet. It did work before I put in the sim card, but not after. What am I doing wrong?

You need Blackberry Internet as well as a data package from Vodafone.
![]() Blackberry Internet usually costs £5 a month, but Vodafone are doing it free till June. You can sign up online or through the phone. For data, you can buy a £5 web pack which lasts a month and covers 250MB, or under their 'Freebies' deal, if you top up by £10 each month you get 500MB included |

You need to enable BIS.
You see on the network coverage it says GPRS/EDGE? Well if its written in lower case i.e. grps/edge that shows BIS needs to be enabled. On Vodafones website, it says you need to Call 40035 free from your Vodafone pay as you go BlackBerry smartphone. Then your internet will work. |
