Two weeks ago i got a new phone and it seemed fine. This week i've found myself charging it up more and more.

It's an android phone and i do use it for internet, facebook and to play games. The internet is turned off when i'm not using it as is the wi-fi.

I can't think of anything else that could drain the battery so much. Any other ideas why my battery is like this?

It's almost certainly an app that's running in the background. Have you checked the battery stats?

Most of the time the battery usage shows Android using 98% of the battery life and other times i see things such as "cell idle 5% " or things like that.
