It's harder for the men imo, they have to carry another person around while maintaining their balance and doing all the necessary footwork.
A lot of female skaters just get carried around by their partners.

I would definately say it is harder for the male skaters.
The ladies get the speed required from their partners ad spend a lot of time off the ice. I appreciate it is difficult to get in the positions and to hold them but the male skaters need to do far more skating and lift teh professional skaters

Of course its far harder for the men - they have to lead and do the lifts. If they perform badly its far more obvious - the weaker female celebs can just be carried around.
Dan and Matt made Kerry and Denise look far better than they were for example.
Not denying that a good female celeb is just as worthy as a good male celeb - but if you are a weaker skater then its a lot easier for the weaker female celeb do be made to look better than they are.

I have only watched it these last couple of years but I've seen some vids of Chris Fountain skating, and he was really good.

This is bordering on sillyness now... would sooner see flying in it than the stupid fiasco tonight with that many skaters there u couldnt see who was who......
Not only is it easier for men, they're less likely to get injured, and they whine all the way through the competition about it being easier for girls.
