Think its better and more entertaining and would have brought so much more to certain performances tonight.. just have the skaters and their partners in the final and not all those other skaters involved..... thought Sam did the best tonight... couldnt help but think he would have been better doing Chloe's one could really see him in a Patrick Swayze routine....

If they'd been flying think it would have been Laura and a toss up between Chloe and Sam. The wires favour the petite girls.

I find the flying really boring.

I loved the flying, so I'd like to see it back again.

Flying is soooo overrated

Did anyone of the contestants do a routine to "I believe I can fly" when it was the flying week?

Flying is really very unfair, it favours the women way too much.

This format favoured a big guy who could lift a bit - which is exactly the opposite as Sam would have looked like a long pole swinging from the ceiling if they had had it this year. It also allowed the judges to mark it as they wanted to as there was no way to compare and plenty of distraction going on in the background. Why not just do a second, new ,routine?

You reckon?

Big guys can't handle the wires, they're just too .... big.

Didn't Kyran and Chris struggle although Ray's performance was better than either of the girls.

I actually preferred no flying. Some of the flying can be too slow and drawn out. Tonight had me really watching and I found it more exciting to watch than the flying, IMO ofcourse.

Ray is the only guy to have done well with the flying due to his smaller build & dance training which meant he knew how to look graceful in the air.

Fact is the show is called Dancing On Ice not flying in the air. I would say that as skaters & performers on ice that Kyran & Chris are 2 of the best (and my personal faves) but they are probably the 2 worst ever on the wires which just shows how silly & pointless it was. Would love to have seen what they did with a showcase.

I'm on the no flying side here, it definitely favours the girls and even then only the petite young ones no thank you .
