Perhaps Sam got the strongest routines because he was the best skater and could perform them better? Unlike Emma and Jason (lets not discuss their judging) Chris knows what he is talking about.
I don't buy into any of the conspiracy theories that have been put forward or the accusations of favouritism.
Sam & Brianne were simply better when it mattered. Sometimes you just have to be gracious and accept that whilst your favourites might not have won, the couple that did deserved to do so.

you may be right I actually felt that her pro let her down too though but only in the Bolero, I don't know if nerves played a part.Sam deserved his win regardless though
I'm not a fan of Sam but at the end of the day whilst disappointed with how the final public vote went I will always respect it.

Yes, and that Vanilla beat her too, for that matter (IMO)
As far as the final was concerned, I was disappointed Laura didn't win but I can't deny that Sam deserved it on the night.

Jennifer was my favourite, I thought she was very good and graceful on the ice. Couldn't believe she went when she did.
Only real disapointment for me was Vanilla Ice leaving much, MUCH too early! The final was pretty much spot on, Sam was the best last night IMO, I'd have liked Chloe in 2nd place but Laura was extremely worthy of that place.
