I thought he looked much better and I quite admire him for talking about it, as it was obviously very emotional for him. If he is happier in himself and feels better then good luck to him. And anything is better than Bruce Forsythe-esque toupees!

Did they slip in the name of the company that did it during his interview? I notice in the Daily Mail article they did. Very clever of him to go public like this.. I imagine he was paid a nice sum of money to do so. Then again it's a little difficult NOT to go public with a hair transplant like that.

Yes, he did seem more handsome - another side to Jason with some emotion and vulnerability. It's not half bad and is obviously very state of the art; his own hair and (somehow?) keeps on growing! All I could think of was if Elton's watching, he'll be asking for a refund (or scrape together some pocket money to have it done himself!

It's far better to be bald and honest than woven and fake. Even more ridiculous to suddenly sprout a thatch like his after years in the public eye as bald as a coot.

That being said it clearly is a serious personal issue for him (the real reason for his hat wearing now becomes clear), so in that respect if it makes him feel better than he's made the right choice.

I beg to differ. My daughter has natural jet black hair and the whitest skin you will ever see. She certainly isn't from the far east lol.

He looks younger in the top picture than he does with the new hair!

I'm quite partial to a bit of slaphead so I never cared about him being bald. If it affected his confidence though, good on him for going for it and being so open. Sure, the company got a good plug for it as well (it keeps cropping up on our Google Ads here!)

The process sounds really uncomfortable but the one he had a couple of years ago was absolutely gruesome!

I agree. If it's something that affected him then good on him for sorting it out. People seem to think men are ok with going bald but for a lot of younger men these days it's very very distressing.

I thought Jason suited a bald head but he obviously was very unhappy with it otherwise you wouldn;t put yourself through that operation.

I was surprised at how good it looked, ok the colour was fake but the actual concept was amazing.

I would imagine that especially for women that suffer with hairloss (because I go back to the close cropped bald heads look great statement) would find the operation amazing - however it would be a shame that most could not afford it!
