I got 2 packets of them today in tesco as you bought one ansd got one free. Anyway not had them in many years but they still taste so good like Caramac with biscuit inside yum

I always liked the idea of them and did like the first bite or two but then they became quite sickly.

I always imagined the wrapper was a willy wonka golden ticket

for the first few weeks after i gave birth i lived on them with cups of coffee.

they are really good, i have a real sweet tooth and they satisfy it.

I love these. Don't buy them that often as have doen the thing of buying them and then making myself sick by having them too often but still buy them occasionally as a treat.

I love these, always have. I had a Caramac recently and was a bit disappointed with it. Not as good as i remembered. I've only got a small Tesco near me, hope they are stocking them.

They are fake Caramacs, and for that I can never forgive them.

They're not really though as pointed out they have buscuit.

I really like Gold Bars - they always remind me of my Grandma because she always used to buy them for us when we were little.

I wish they'd bring out a chocolate bar of just the gold stuff. I don't like caramacs, I find they leave a strange taste in your mouth.

True but they mislead you for a split second into thinking you are tasting that Caramac taste. It's only after a second you realize it's not quite the same.

But if you can get over that, I admit, they are actually nice.

I love them so I don't buy them. The temptation to eat them all is too much!

I love these!! Best dipped in a cuppa tea, melting the chocolate to lick it off! YUM!

They taste so good I loved Caramac aswell.

Very nice, McVities seem to use very good chocolate on their biscuits.
