Got one of my sons a o2 sim for his phone but we want him to be on text and web but the sim is a simplicity one so can we change it to text and web to start as soon as we top up with ten pounds?

You'll need to call O2 and explain the situation they'll change it for you manually. If you try to use one of the automated services the change won't happen until your next anniversary date (a month from now).

From a landline: 0844 809 0222 (5p / min†)

Just one thing

i have found a your country sim card so he can use and if i top up with £10 could he use this for data in Holland as he is going there tomorrow but its the only sim that i can find that will suit him.
