They where Biscuits with a Chocolate filing I remember them being advertised and I also remember me eating them and they were lovely.

Then all of a sudden the shops stopped selling them and I often wondered why they stopped selling them?

If you have any Turkish grocery shops near you, they have something very similar, but they are large and round rather than small squares. Quite a good alternative.

This takes me back, seemed to recall they were a cheapish crackery type of chocolate biscuit but loved them as a youngster.

Remember bringing the boxes into school actin 'ard sining the advert song

Noticed yesterday that Asda have started doing their own version, but they are larger and round, compared to BNs. I think they are calling them 'chocolate sandwich' or something like that.

I've been to the factory! It is a famous classic of 1920s architecture in Nantes, France. Now it's a some kind of poncey arts centre, and the biscuits are made in some kind of anonymous shed somewhere.

I remember getting really excited whenever I saw that my mum had packed these in my lunchbox for school!

I miss them.

And citrus polos.

Completely forgotten about them. They smelt like washing up liquid!
