I-trip tunecast and other small FM transmitters
Are small range FM transmitters such as the I trip now legal in the UK?
Im aware of some problem over the I trip over a year ago, but ive seen these and other simalar devices on open sale in the shops. When i asked if they were legal i was told that they are now fully legal. is this right? |

As far as I know the law hasn't been changed and therefore you will get done if caught using one. If someone is saying that to you, ask them for it in writing when purchasing, I tried that on a rabbit video transmitter and the seller said he couldn't, "they haven't changed the law yet, but it is coming". They still haven't changed it 8 years later.......
